Customer Satisfied

I have been going to Executive Car Wash for 9 years. They are the best. Great service and always professional. I read Trey M's comments below and it disappoints me very much to see my Car Wash slammed by someone who obviously knows nothing about car washing let alone detailing. First off pet hair is the fault of the owner not the car wash. Secondly, vaccuming it out is really tough as pet hair weaves itself into the carpet. It usually takes a carpet shampoo to remove it. I know I have a dog. Lastly Swirl marks only come from car waxing while not using an orbital buffer. The washing of a car will not cause swirl marks. mr. trey before you slander someone with your stupidity why don't you get the facts straight yourself. As for your car finish you probably waxed or compounded it yourself. The quality of your work just stands out. Now you want to blame them for your ignorance. hey, do them and me a favor Take your Infiniti and your stupidity and show off somewhere else!!!!

This guy Bob P. Is obviously Brett, the suck ass owners son. The people running this business are clown shoes. Go find a carwash that employs citizens or legal immigrants. And don't listen to good reviews. The only people satisfied with this dung heap are the people running it.

Good Service Almost Every Time

I have used Executive Car Wash for more than 6 years and have always been treated well there. My cars have always been cleaned well and the staff is good at what they do. They are good enough (and the location was close enough to my home) that I recently purchased an annual unlimited wash package so that I can keep my business car clean all the time. They give me special treatment when they see me driving in and get me through a bit quicker than everyone else when they can. I like that since I have a very busy schedule.

Horrible service

Each time I return to this business, I am even more disappointed than the time before. After the fourth time, I have given up and will never return to this car wash.

The automated car wash does an adequate job, but the service detailers must be "timed" because they miss cleaning much of the dirt in the car. When it happened the third time, I asked to speak to the Owner. I was friendly and explained that for $30+ I expected my car to be cleaned thoroughly and had hoped the service detailers would do a great job. They did not and expressing my opinion to the owners was a total waste of my time. My question is: How can they afford to do a crappy job and risk losing customers? How can they be so calus? Why the 'we don't care' attitude?

In this economy, where there is plenty of competition I do not understand how they can afford to put their interests BEFORE the satisfaction of the customer. After speaking with the son, Brett, and the mother, Debbie, on two occasions, they've left me with the impression of greed and carelessness. That being the case, I'll spend my $30+ elsewhere.

I don't care if you've been in business since 2001, maybe it's time the SanFratello's get out of the service business, since the service is horrible.
