Over the years I have purchased 3 properties through Evie's and I found them to be very helpful and easy to work with. I would have no worries doing so again.

Bad
We purchased 20 acres from them. Found out later that the reason for selling the land was totally false. Then falsely leading us to believe that we could access utilities. Which is not so. We have been waiting for several months and then to find out that the easement wasn't for utilities it was for the county. They have told us several different things just to turn around tell us something different months later. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone. We are out a lot of money and the land can not be sold because utilites are impossible to get. Plus they can not get their story straight.Worldwide > United States > Poteau, OK > Real Estate Agencies
