Great ER
I am only giving 4 stars because this is a hospital and well, I am not extremely fond of them. As far as hospitals go - this one is great. I had the misfortune of almost breaking my arm and had to go here. The staff in the ER was great and efficent. I got in and out in a relatively short period of time. If you have to go to a medical center - this should be one of your first choices.Great with healthcare, BAD with paperwork/billing
I came here for an emergency room visit back in May 2007. The staff was very kind and professional and my treatment was great. Everyone I dealt with related to my ailment was very kind and ready to provide explanations for any questions I had.Having a baby? THIS is the place!
Wow am I lucky. My baby came early - a surprise. The doctors and nurses caring for both myself and my child were amazing. The level of care we received in recovery and in the Neonatal ICU (NICU)was bar none the best I've ever known.Great Professional Staff
I'm not the most compliant patient, a bit sarcastic, and I hate having extra necessary xrays or tests piled on. After spending 4 hours in the ER last night for a potential dislocated jaw and sprained ankle, I have to say that the care I received was top-notch. The staff was extremeley thorough and professional. They put up with me, and listened when I voiced concerns over taking a ton of xrays. I didn't experience any of the strange billing issues- the staff was concerned with getting me in and out- and making sure that every issue was addressed. If you have to go to the ER- I would highly recommend this one.Evergreen Hospital (Kirkland WA) ER disappointing
Went to the ER a few weeks back. My wife had pain and because she was pregnant we did not want to take any chances. The initial registration went smoothly. The first doctor came into the room and was very chatty. He kept trying to be funny but my wife and I had tough time trying to get him to focus. He left the room without telling us anything about course of action. Then the nurses and technicians start wheeling my wife into other test rooms, without for a minute telling us what they were trying to do. One of them even conducted ultrasound for all tests that had nothing to do with the problem. After almost an hour or so of waiting, another doctor came in, who was equally hurried and partly rude. He would not listen to us when we told him that we wanted to clearly listen to our baby in my wife's tummy or perhaps conduct ultrasound to make sure our baby was OK. We finally ended up calling in our OB/GYN's emergency doctor and she came in to take care of the situation.Worldwide > United States > Kirkland, WA > Elder Care
