Very Unprofessional...Stood up 2 X
I've used them in the past, and accepted that the guy showed up a little late, but at least he came...did a decent job and had a decent price. Well this past Thursday, I had an appointment at 4 pm. When the guy hadn't arrived by 5 pm, I called. He told me he couldn't make it. Did I mention, I called. He never called. We rescheduled for today at 6 pm. I called the guy at around 2 pm today to confirm. He told me that he would be here today at 6. Did I mention, I called him to confirm, he never called me to confirm. Well it is well after 8 pm and the guy didn't show, nor call. I did give him another call at 7 pm and got his voicemail of course. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW!
