Mixed Bag
I had sort of a mixed bag type of treatment from this dry cleaner. They lost one of my buttons on a jacket, and I did not have an extra. They told me that they would try to track it down where they send the clothes out. Needless to say, they couldn't find it so they offered me a discount on my next visit. Of course, I had to replace the buttons to the jacket to match by myself.
