We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ettinger! Her office staff is so supportive and helpful with prescription refills/precerts and any questions we have. They are always on time with their appts. and spend a good amount of time on each visit. They have been wonderful in helping us deal with our son's asthma. I highly recommend them.

Both doctors are AMAZING! I feel comfortable knowing that they care for my daughter! I was nervous about selecting a pediatrician until I met both doctors. They take time to discuss and answer all my questions and concerns and always explain what they are doing and why. They even provide literature for me to refer to. I really can't say enough about how incredible they are!

We don't use this office due to location but when we JUST moved to the area my daughter got sick. This practice was very accommodating in making an appointment for her quickly despite her being a new patient, etc. Everyone we spoke with there and the doctor my daughter saw were very nice.

Based on the good reviews here I was looking forward to bringing my twin infant sons to this practice. Working nearby, I walked in to the office to setup an appointment. The receptionist grudgingly waited on me, with one of the doctors sitting nearby. Everything I said became increasingly amusing to them. I inquired about Monday or Friday appointment times, because of my work schedule, and together they snorted in laughter that it won't happen. They weren't able to schedule me a well-visit appointment until 6 weeks out on a Thursday--extremely inconvenient. Each question or issue I raised with the receptionist regarding my children's health, such as their vaccine status, illicited a chiding tsk or groan from the doctor nearby. After I scheduled the appointment and was ready to leave, the receptionist informed me that in the future I would need to CALL to make appointments, as they are not normally able to accommodate walk-in scheduling. Really??? Overall, I felt that the staff and especially the doctor were unnecessarily condescending. I was quite put off by the fact that they were annoyed that I was making an appointment in person. I work in a medical office and we would NEVER inform patients that they couldn't schedule appointments in person. Luckily, I was able to schedule a well-visit appointment for my children with our Family Practice doctor within 3 days of my call, not 6 weeks.Worldwide > United States > Lansdale, PA > Doctors
