Very nice idea store
My wife and I browsed through this store a couple of times and were very impressed with their furniture. You can tell that its high quality and priced to reflect that. The showroom is beautiful and has a large selection. We were looking for a desk for the office, but the one we liked was $4,000. We ended up buying a nice desk for much cheaper from K-Town furniture at a price that was given to us to match one we found in Hickory, NC. They offer in-home consultations for free, which is a nice service, but we just cannot spend the money on their furniture.

Love their furniture selections and friendly service. Free in-home consultation (regardless of whether you purchase there or not) is highly recommended. An Ethan Allen consultant came to our home and helped me select paint colors and room designs for our entire new home before we ever purchased the first piece of furniture from them! While you can surely beat their prices, you can't beat that quality of service!

Ethan Allen gives poor customer service.
After purchasing many products from an Indianapolis store, I am disappointed in the sales/service of the Charlotte store. Our main designer (sales associate) quit while custom draperies were in process of being made. (At least we thought they were being made. Later we discovered they were never ordered.) After 8 months we still do not have draperies. They measured our windows 3 times and when they finally came in at 5 months they were 16 inches too short! Now, they want to add fabric to the short draperies to make it work! All we want is our money back and we will never purchase from them again.Worldwide > United States > Charlotte, NC > Furniture
