SUCKS!! The worst "spa" ever. Had a massage, it was so bad I had to question if she was a real therapist. Staff looks miserable. Overheard staff complaining about everything! Was going to have a facial but decided against it the sevice. The owner Kim, wanted to charge me for the bad massage I walked out on and the facial I didn't want. Not to mention she as rude when I waked in and was even ruder when I told her I was unhappy with my services. This place needs to go!

Owner attitude will turn potential customers away
I am not commenting on the spas service, as I never got far enough to experience it. The customer service was less than accomodating. The woman I spoke with claimed to be the owner, which makes my unpleasant experience even more upsetting. She was rude and got personal, which caused me to cancel my appointment. Upon discussing my experience with others in my area, it turns out some knew of this individual and her less than stellar reputation.

Very Good
When walking into Eternal, The Spa you are greeted promptly by a pretty girl at the desk with a smile. If your a walk in they try to accomodate you but if they can't theyll set you up with an appointment for a another day. If you have an appoitment you are walked into a beautiful room where they ask you if you need anything. The staff is personable and kind. The services are very very good. I have had a massage with the two massage therapists, Alissa and Andrea and I got two of the most amazing massages of my life. The prices are moderate and definetly well worth it!

Incredibly Rude Service
Upon trying to make an appointment with the owner I was told that you cannot use 2 gift certificates towards the same service. She then asked me if I have ever worked for a large corporation or owned my own business. She said if I did I would know that this is an industry standard. I then called 2 other area spas who said it would be no problem to use 2 gift certificates towards the same service. When I called back to inquire further, the owner began to argue with me the other salon's policy as well as explain in detail how she was sorry that I did not agree with the way she chooses to run her business. I have bought many gift certificates to this spa, and I'm sorry I've given them the business.

Worst business practices ever
I wish there was an option for 0 stars because that's what this business deserves. I made 2 appointments for massages, each about a week in advance. On both occasions they called the night before to confirm my appointment. The day of the first appointment they called 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment to cancel because "the massage therapist had to go home sick." I was annoyed but accepted this and rescheduled for the following week. Again, the night before the appointment I received a call confirming the appointment. The next day, one hour before the appointment scheduled, I was again contacted because they wanted to reschedule. When I complained that this was the 2nd time in 2 weeks this happened I was told, "Well, we are very busy because of the holidays!" Here's a clue Eternal Spa..... if you don't have enough personnel to perform the services you advertise, don't schedule the appointments! Since I have gift certificates I will use them, but I will never again use this spa. And I will make it my business to tell everyone I know and come into contact with who are looking for such services that this is an unreliable business.
