Poor customer service!
Estrella is the worst taxi! There drivers are very very rude in fact I heard from a friend that they are know for kicking people out there cab if they dont like you. And they drive really fast and crazy ex.) Not slowing down when coming to a red light. If you want to try them be my guest but dont be surprise and dont say i didnt tell you...........FOR MORE INFO JUST CALL ESTRELLA TAXI AND ORDER A TAXI YOU'LL GET THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.

This cab co is decent and they work hard, yes its mostly spanish speaking drivers. But I speak only english and they have always done good by me. I have used them about fifty times and only had 2 bad times and it was due to the driver didnt understand me. So I now say send me a english speaker and I have no problems. You can save money with this co and drivers are very kind.

I think this chick is probably just another raciest pig... They have very nice drivers... I have also had one or two problems over the last 3 years of taking the taxi about 3 times a week. I think the one time the girl that showed up was about 5 min late... I THINK I CAN LIVE WITH THAT... LOL... I give Estrella Taxi A+++++ They do there very best that they can do. AND from what I have experienced that is much MUCH better that other companies.Worldwide > United States > Phoenix, AZ > Taxis and Car Services
