When the issues with my hip weren't getting any better, I wanted to turn to a more holistic path for relief. I found the Essentials Therapeutic Massage center, which is really working with a Reiki master who does energy work. I can't explain how it's done, other than they put their hands over the affected area and a kind of heat emanates from them. I know it sounds hokey, but it's true.
