Good, straightforward gym
This is a good, basic gym with a wide range of clientele (ranging from body-builders to regular after-work treadmill runners). I have been very satisfied with my membership, but I REALLY wish they would turn the heat down. It is always hot in there.

degrading, condecending and threatening membership 'service'
I was pleased with my membership and the facility until a circumstance caused me to need to cancel my membership. I was forthright upon applying that I may have a job change which would require me to cancel. At the time of membership I was assured that this would not be a problem and a $50 fee would be assessed to cancel. When I had to move forward with the cancellation I was attacked by the membership coordinator who used 'bulldog' tactics which ran parallel to those used by collection agencies. There was nothing in this conversation that addressed my proactive attempt to cancel this membership via email, telephone and letter.
