TRY SOMEONE ELSE
This so called "expert" who has been in business since 1985, was unable to baby proof any of my lowest kitchen cabinets because they wouldn't fit his "one kind of latch" - no back up ideas. Couldn't secure two heavy mirrors that he told me needed securing in first place "because they didn't have the right kind of wires" - told me "i could try some wax"?! Don't ask me why I was paying $1400 to baby proof my house and being told how I should try it myself? He was late, didn't clean up after himself and his worker (left wood shaving piles where they drilled) and was pissy when I wouldn't trade out my outlet plugs to let him install his plates for another $75.
