My Jeep GC transmission didn't have second gear or overdrive. I took it to four different transmission shops and they all took a look at it, coming to the conclusion that my transmission needed to be rebuilt. All their quotes priced it at around 1800+ for the repair. I obviously didn't like this, so I was going to try one more place. Dave at PRO Auto Care Center took the time to diagnose my problem and not the profit. At no charge to me, he ran the codes for the transmission and seen that a temp sensor was not reading correctly. He went with that, replaced the item and fixed my transmission. Dave was very straight forward and kept me involved with the whole process. He turned a crippling transmission rebuild that wasn't necessary into a 100 dollar part that failed. His business will get every bit of my auto repair issues. It's rare that you find a shop owner willing to go the extra mile to fix what is wrong, saving you money and time.
