Great pool service

Ernies is a great place if you need your pool water analyzed or if you need pool supplies. We brought pool water in to figure out what chemicals were needed and a broken Polaris. They were helpful each time. We also bought our pool heater from them. They do not over sell and the heater has worked great.

PROS: extensive chemicals and hands on knowledge!
CONS: Sat morning can be busy

Terrible service

Hello,

Just wanted to share terrible service experience with Ernie's pool supply, they came on the first appointment (waited for a week for that) and indicated on the phone they have all the parts in a kit for my heater. The part that needed fixing was not in that kit (very basic part) they committed to come first thing the next day and never showed up. When I called them they said they might come the same day in the PM and were VERY rude and unpleasant.

Great service

On time - great guys - quick and easy - I thought I had a major problem, They came out and without making you feel dump - they explained what was wrong and ho to fit the problem.

Great job

The serviceman came within 2 days of my call. I was given 2 options to repair. Problem was fixed within a week, and price was exactly the verbal estimate I was originally given.
All people I talked to were very competent.

Ernie's Pool and Spa Corp location (Hamilton Avenue)

RUN AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE COMPANY.

Purchased Pentair filter and paid for them to replumb Intelliflo pump/heat, filter system and new Suntouch controller (very confusing time clock). Ernie's (pool professionals NOT!) installed pump incorrectly per manufacturer's specs and system leaked from day one. Owner (Jeff) came out twice couldn't fix leak (even tried using silicon sealant instead of teflon sealant) twice but still didn't work. His customer service attitude and lack of knowledge with these Pentair products convinced me NEVER USED THEM AGAIN.
