DISRESPECTING LADY

I called to get a quote and the lady wouldn't shut up. She kept telling me what I should do so I hung up. I had an agenda to get quotes to get my carpet cleaned. She had the nerve to call me back and lecture me! I will never EVER refer...

Excellent Service

Somehow tar got tracked in on our brand new carpet. Ernie's Carpet Care came in before opening the next day to get the spots out for us.
