To be blunt this is an awful attorney, Erickson will have lots of promises about what he will do for your case but once you have paid he will simply tell you to plead guilty. While he represented me he regularly showed up hours late to court, very often it would only be me and his other clients still there. My advice either suck it up and get a more expensive firm or at least save yourself some money and go with a public defender.
