OUCH!
i'm sure most of the services are splendid, but i got a bikini wax, and won't be able to wear a bikini now for weeks. i am bruised, raw, bumpy and red. if you have sensitive skin or sensitive parts, DO NOT go here. now i look like i have giant hickeys all around my bikini area. the waxist was awkward and did not put me at ease at all.

been to many spas in the city and to this spa often. it's clean, comfortable, quiet. easy to get an appt., and one of the best facials I've had in awhile--and I have very sensitive skin. love this place.

Thinking of getting your eyebrows done here?
If you want good shaped eyebrows, don't see Natasha! She is not so good at creating the shape. For the price she charges you whould expect better quality. Go to Frederic Fekkai instead.... thought I'd try a new place but I'll be going back to my trusted uptown salon.

Superlative Atmosphere
I went here for a facial on my b-day. It was great! The staff is so sweet and kind. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a cute little cozy place to go on a Sunday afternoon......or whenever :-)

SPAtacular city getaway!!!
Erbe is this great gem of a spa tucked away in a fantastic, quiet area of Soho; you kind of forget which city you are in. As soon as you walk and you smell all of the beautiful aromatherapeutic products your stress melts away. The customer service is great, the rooms are cozy and clean and the product is phenomenal! I am hooked on Erbe and love to pass it on to others... The secret is out!
