Excellent craftmanship and customer service

I was looking for a wedding ring that was unique--artistic and handcrafted, something that didn't look like it came from a jewelry store in a mall. I liked several of the rings that Equinox had, but in the end, I decided to design the ring myself and have Equinox make it. The final result was exactly--I MEAN, EXACTLY--what I was looking for in a wedding ring. Furthermore, they were willing to rush the job to make my wedding date. ( I told them I was happy to wear a temporary/fill-in ring for the wedding if it was too much trouble to get mine made on time. Their reply was something like, "you need to get married with the ring that you will wear for the rest of your life...we'll get it done.")

What impressed me almost as much as the craftsmanship of the ring was the ownership that Equinox took in order to ensure that my ring fit correctly. We measured my finger at the beginning of the process and in the middle of the process (before the gold was cast); and yet, when the first version of the ring was finished, it was too small--my finger had grown a whole size during the process (heat, salt, too many cheeseburgers?...who knows why). They tried enlarging the ring, but when it became apparent that the ring had to be significantly larger than it was, they chose to remake it rather than try to stretch the ring out because enlarging it further would have made a less that perfect final product. And this they did just four days before the wedding.

Friendly, skilled, caring and professional; I would give them 6 stars if that were possible.

Amazing jeweler and staff at Equinox

My (then) fiance and I went to Equinox one month before our wedding because we like to procrastinate. Luckily, the owners worked with us and we picked out both of our rings that day (I had mine made out of my mom's ring). My husband tried on nearly every band in the case and they were so patient with use. I found a solitaire ring that I loved and they helped us take my mom's old ring from the 1970's with her diamond and gold and make my ring. They emailed us right away with the quotes for the ring and returned all of our calls in a timely manner. They were really friendly, reliable and honest people to work with plus their work is quality and reasonably priced (not like Twist in NW!).
My husband's finger must have become swollen up during the trying on process because when the rings were finished his ring was too big. The owners were happy to size it in time for out wedding and it came out perfect. His ring is really nice and he really enjoys wearing it (which is shocking).
Three days before the wedding I picked up both rings and when I saw my ring I was so excited. It looked EXACTLY like the ring I was imagining. I get so many compliments on my ring and my diamond isn't even a carat.
I would HIGHLY recommend this jeweler!
