I was a patient of this clinic back in 2010 - 2011, first off the clinic was more organized and the staff was decent. When I returned this year it was nothing compared to what it was last year. I guess the company tried to go through a makeover of some sorts and failed miserably. Again, the staff that was once there was completely changed and the place seemed out of touch. I did see the same therapist I had seen before and the man still sadly looks like he hates his job. He's very rude and unsympathetic to his patients. The young woman who kindly tended to me before wa replaced by a bit of a clueless guy. I did have a pleasant experience in the past, but after a recent visit I've decided to go with another physio therapists clinic elsewhere. Sad.
