COULDN'T GET PAST THE FIRST PHONE CALL
I rang looking for an estimate on some pretty straight forward work and was told they would only come out and give me an estimate if I paid then $75, which was fully refundable once they completed the job.

They don't keep commitments and they overcharge!
I called to have a repair done and they don't come out in the snow. They didn't do the repair when promised. They chagred $365 to replace a $70 part that took 20 mins of labor. When questioned about the job cost, they said it cost $280....Worldwide > United States > Ashland, MA > Air Conditioning
