ALMOST RUINED MY VISIT TO AUSTIN
THE FOOD IS NOT EVEN AUTHENTIC TEX-MEX MUCH LESS MEXICAN. ORDERED A TORTA DE PUERCO TURNED OUT TO BE A PORK SLOPPY JOE SERVED WITH PICKLES OF ALL THINGS. THE SERVICE WAS TOO HORRID TO DETAIL AS THEY PAID ABSOLUTLEY NO ATTENTION TO US....

Horrible service and food, skip this place
When this restaurant was on South Congress I loved it, I would take people from out of town there and it was always a big hit. Recently I took a friend to the new location and was horribly embarrassed about making the recommendation.

Bad food, terrible service, 0 out of 5 stars
My family and I went to El Sol Y La Luna for a celebration and by the end of the night the only thing that saved the bad food and terrible service was the salsa music. 1st suggestion, stick to beer because their mixed drinks are awful....

Best Mexican placed in town!
