This company has the worst customer service. Todd Fokken was the technician assigned to service my A/C. Within 2 minutes, at no fault of the technician, Todd Fokken was unable to gain access to the attic so I dismissed him. When I refused to pay the technician, Todd Fokken began yelling at me from the street. My neighbors were very concerned about my safety. I too felt very threatened. I contacted owner, Marci who refused to speak with me. Please be aware if Todd Fokken is dispatched to your home. He will threaten you.
