Not a seamless merger

Wainwright Bank and Trust had a great reputation as a community bank; however, it has now merged with Eastern Bank. The merger was less than seamless with multiple problems merging their online banking systems. Carryovers from Wainwright...

No not seamless, more like unseemly.

I'm in Banking Hell because of this merger and nobody from Eastern Online Bill Pay seems at all sympathetic.

Basically, I could not see or change scheduled Wainwright online payments after the transition and my payees weren't there...
