Mr.Goodman -what does he do in the company?!?!?!

2261, Ocean Ave, Brooklyn, 11229. We do not have heating for 2 days! It is very COLD!!!
Telephone of Management does not answer. Manager Mr.Goodman is SOOOO rude, terrible, selfish and impolite! He hates our tenants!!!
