We ordered $150 worth of dirt, offered to pay over the phone numerous times because I was not going to be home when they delivered it, the woman on the phone, who was very nice, said no. I thought we were going to be billed through our landscaper. Two months later we received a bill in the mail from Earth to You and forgot to pay it, completely our mistake. They sent us a second bill a month later, we were getting ready to mail in a check days after receiving it. Days after receiving the second bill my husband got a call on his cell phone from the owner screaming at him, my husband apologized numerous times and said it was our mistake, we would take care of it that day. He did not let it go, he continued to scream at him, and then THREATENED to come to our house and handle it. I m not sure what kind of operation they are running there, but for the owner to call and threaten to hurt someone over $150 is crazy.
