I'm soooo happy i opened and checking and savings at ecentral a few years ago. I refinanced my home with them last year and it was a great experience. the tellers are so nice!

A few years ago, when I found out my bank was "too big to fail" I decided to help our economy by shifting all of my business to a smaller "not too big to fail" credit union.

NOT VERY FRIENDLY
Yes, they do pick up the call everytime. But the three times I have dealt with them, they always appear to be in the middle of something and you are bothering them.
