I purchased a bookcase from that company at the show and they insisted that I’ll paid cash in full; even I could pick it only two days later. So I paid and two days later got to the place to pick it up. The bookcase was wrapped in plastic from up to bottom. We asked about some loose parts and the answer was “ALL INSIDE”. At home we discover that shelves are not in (3 of them). So wee called. Below are how many times we call and their answers: 1. No problem they will ship it out to us. 2. We are lying and shelves are inside. 3. We have to pay for shipping (it’s almost prize of bookcase). 4. We can drive across two states to pick shelves from the warehouse. 5. Loudly smiling…who told as that bookcases are coming with shelves? (It’s funny one) So, stay away from troubles and never have any deals with them. To them we’re not human, just few dollars in the pocket.
