Horrible customer service

I agree, the customer service here is subpar AT BEST. I am all for supporting local economy; however, I don't support bad customer service. Wouldn't waste my time...

I've had great experience doing business with Dunn. Yes I am a homeowner, buying materials for my own house, and while I must often wait in line for help, the help is much more knowledgeable than anyone at the other "home improvement"...
