I don't know much about tires, so when I go to a tire service center I expect expert advice. When I blew out my tire, Dukes replaced it quickly and for a reasonable price. A month later when I went to get my PA inspection, I couldn't pass...Worldwide > United States > Pittsburgh, PA > Tires
