They were not only 30 minutes late with no call letting us know but our carpets don't even look clean. We spent over $400 dollars and it doesn't even look any different. We had our vents cleaned too and they left all the junk from in there that they supposedly cleaned out, on top of the dressers, TVs, even spots on the floors! And they did the vents first! We were charged for cleaning the dryer vent, it was not done as scheduled, and took a month to even get our $20 back. The guy who came and did all the work, called the next day asking about his drill, said he left it here. I spoke with him and told him that it wasn't and that he even had OUR drill bit on his drill because he didn't have his! SO, now we're out of a drill bit too! I will NEVER use them or refer them to anyone EVER!
