Drees is a poor home builder. The initial selling/buying part was OK. They sales people were all smiley faces. The price of the new house was expensive, but I thought it would be worth the time. But then contruction started, and so did the problems. They could not deliver a quality product. Customer service was poor. I had to be my own general contractor. Unskilled contractors building their homes. Buyer Beware.
