My advice on anyone looking to by a home from Dream Homes reality is don't do it. You will get screwed with a money pit, a place that starts falling apart once you move in. I just brought a house from them not even a month ago. it looked good but there were a few issues that need to be fixed so they wrote out a contract as to what needed to be done and we both signed it agreeing abc would be done. Til this date nothing is done. I also found out that they failed to remove a major violation that makes my home unlivable but in the permit they obtained from dob states they would remove this violation yet they haven't done none of the work. I have a leak in my basement. I have tiles in my home that cracking and poor drainage in the back yard and every time i try to get them to fix the problem they are never in the office cause of the Jewish holidays. This realty sucks when it come to finish a house they are showing or selling. The construction crew the have working for them doesn't know how to do good quality work. They do a half ass job, I really don't understand how half of these homes they own get approved by fha when they inspect them unless they bribe them to pass inspections.

I cannot understand why DHR can't ever finish a house they are showing. I have been looking to buy a house from them. Every one I have seen has a problem. The boiler and the water heater which are the main factors to encourage a prospective buyer are never in use. I have a three month signed agreement for a house on Regent place. My lawyer is waiting for an engineer's report to have the contract signed. I am still waiting. All my papers are in the bank which is waiting also. Until now nothing is done. It is weird, difficult to understand why, because I believe that the company should be interested to sell and make money. Anyway, My lawyer, my engineer and I are still waiting for them to install the boiler and the water heater. Then I will sign the contract.
