I cannot believe what a HORRIBLE experience I had in this unprofessional, ridiculous place. The first BAD impression was leaving messages for many days try to make an appointment for my daughter to get her wisdom teeth remove. They have an answering machine asking for your information but NEVER RETURN your call. When I finally was able to speak with somebody, this person READ a long list of unusual requirement to go to their office, among them: All the people including the patient MUST be wearing LONG PANTS ?????? Besides the patient, my husband and I MUST bring an ID AND a Social Security number???????????? My daughter is already over eighteen years old, it is understandable that SHE has to bring an ID with HER insurance card, but why are they asking for our ID’s and our Social Security numbers. This is very WEIRD. Because my husband refuses to provide this information to them, the woman at the front started treating us like we were mentally handicap, explaining how to fill out the forms with a very bad attitude: “you have to check this WITH A CIRCLE; you are going to print your name here?????????????? Then after few minutes, a very weird looking old woman with a very aggressive attitude told us, that we need to go back to the doctor who referred us because they were not going to take care of us. ISN’T THIS ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE???????????? What in the world do they think they are?????????? The only dentist office ever???????????? No wonder the office was completely deserted. There was not a single patient around I CAN CLEARLY SEE THE REASON WHY. I CAN’T BELIEVE YOU ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.
