Extra daily fees for BK, Queens, or Bronx address!

Made a reservation and paid from internet.
I get the car, they review my voucher, add several options without explaining or asking me :

ESP 10 days $39,90
ROADSAFE 10 days $59,90
PRIVILGE FEE $30,45
=> I got charged...
