Went in to pay for dry cleaning and was told there is a 10.00 minimum purchase to use a card. This is clearly against the Mastercard Merchant agreement. Take your money to ethical businesses not this establishment.

About the end of July, I had brought in two comforters to be simply dry cleaned with no special or added cleaning of spots, etc. to $2.37 Anytime Cleaners in Apex.
