they charge an office visit when you euthanize an old pet

I took my old cat, who was dying of kidney failure, in to be euthanized, and incredibly, they charged me for an office visit and to euthanize him!

I asked them why they were charging me for two services, when I was only getting one service. They said that they always charge for office visits!

I thought it was heartless considering the state I was in. And no, they did not send a sympathy card.
