Pretty good.
This store has some nice itmes but they tend to run on the expensive side. I like the selection though. Over all, I like them.Fabulous!
We have been bringing our 12 year old dog to Doggie Ave for quite some time. He is very shy and timid but Paulo is so wonderful with him which puts him at ease from the moment we walk into the store. We just got a new puppy who went for her first grooming last week and Paulo again was fabulous with her. He is so patient and takes his time to make sure the dogs needs are met. They do a beautiful job with the grooming; my dogs have never looked so good. The store is beautiful and they have a wonderful assortment of products. While yes, you can get some of these items cheaper at "discount stores" I prefer to support our local stores that still offer wonderful personal service. Paulo and Jose's passion for what they do is clear and that can only be a plus for those of us who love our pets as much as they do.Not Recommended....
This store is very overpriced. They have nice merchandise though. I was not impressed with the people who ran the store. They seemed to be more pleasant and attentive with the people they knew and also who were purchasing their puppies. We were ignored for a long time when we needed some information about something they were selling. The place is pretentious. There are other places to shop at in the Burbank area that are more reasonable and have the same merchandise, without the rudeness. I would not recommend this placebest doggie stoe
I love the store they have the cuttiest doggie items. I had my dogs teeth cleaned here last week. they did a great job.My Doggie Loves My Doggie Avenue
My husband and I have a two and a half year old Tibetan Spaniel that needs to be groomed regularly. For those that are not familiar with the breed, Tibbies can be a little stubborn especially when faced with a situation they don't like. Well, our Tibbie is not that fond of baths and scissors. Also, she is very independent (no separation anxiety whatsoever), but she does not like being in unfamiliar surroundings.Doggie Avenue.... A great place to go for a walk
Doggie Avenue, the owners and staff are awesome. We have to YorkiePoos, Coco and Louie...both of themnot very nice on the phone
I called to make an appointment to have my dog groomed, and the man on the phone was kind of mean and short with me. I decided not to go there. Then I wondered if it was just me, and I should give them another chance. so I checked their reviews and now I see that I'm not the only one who has had this experience, so I'm going to stick with my original decision and I'm going to stay away.Doggie Avenue Injured My Dog
Yes, I had a problem at Doggy Avenue recently, which involved my puppy being injured.Just Plain AWESOME
I have read all the reviews and I have to disagree with the negative ones. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I do not take my dogs there, however, I had the opportunity to spend an entire day at their store. They were extremely busy as we were doing a photo shoot for their clients that day. Jose and Paulo greeted each and everyone that entered their shop by name along with their pet. The new clients that came in they made feel welcome and even helped them with directions for something that they wanted to do while their dog was being groomed. Both Paulo and Jose went out of their way to make sure each and everyone had a good experience. I was very impressed with both their attitudes. I also know that they do still groom the dogs, but when you serve as many clients as they do, you have to have more than one groomer. Please take that into consideration before you post negative feedback about anyone. Paulo and Jose are in a class all their own with the care and concern of your pet. Keep up the good work.Worldwide > United States > Burbank, CA > Dog Breeders
