Maid Service
A mother and daughter clean my house. Only problem I have is there is not a definate time they arrive. The price is right. If I want them to do something special I leave a note for them and they do what I ask.

We have only had one service and so far they are great. They arrived approximately 15 mintutes before the appointment time and by the time the ladies left, the house was sparkling. :-)

I would have given Diane's a high rating as the workers involved did a good job but one thing does not allow me to follow through. Three areas of my apartment have tile flooring which were left dirty.

Needs some customer service training
Upon termination of services the person on the other end of the line just hung up on me. No questions about how to make the service better or how do they get me back as a customer.
