The sales people will lie through their teeth just to sell you some crap. if you try and go back and tell them that they where wrong they will say something completely different and say it was your fault and then talk in another language within the staff just so they know what the right thing to say is. I went in there for a silk organza and asked three times if he was certain that it was silk and he said yes this is silk I get home and I do a burn test just because I am a bit unsure and it’s 100 percent polyester nothing natural there it also went up in flames and it was just a 2 by 2 square I go back the next day and try and talk to them about and they keep refusing to return my money to me even though they were wrong then the guy comes up towards us and I take the fabric out and ask him if this is silk and he says yes in front of the owner ( who refuses to be called the owner she a short Arabic lady size 8-10 who is just a worker when you come by with a problem) then she tells him something in Arabic and says no the only silk I have is there this is not silk. They don’t know anything there except the owner and she will still lie through her teeth to get you to buy something.
