EPIC FAIL OF A SMALL,UNORGANIZED BUSINESS WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I used Diamond Rock Spring Water for coffee K-Cup home delivery for about a year, and after 3 non-deliveries, I canceled my service. So why am I mad enough to post an Internet review? Every time THEY FAILED , when I would call, THEY WOULD ARGUE WITH ME. They would blame me, question whether I called an order in that week, say it was impossible to be transferred and put on hold 4 times in one phone call ( it was) and worst, they NEVER WOULD APOLOGIZE. Who needs missing deliveries plus an argument from yahoos who don't know how to run a business or treat customers right?
