"Jesse", Jaswinder Dogra and Jaswndar Dograa are three names for the same person. However you say it, he's a fraud. He found my current apartment told me his was the agent for the landlord. I not only found out this was not the truth, but that he had been the previous tenant. He was not the agent. He was the guy who roped me into an illegal sublet! I wouldn't do business with him or anyone from Delta Properties Usa. STAY AWAY!!!
