Worst agent ever! DO NOT Use him
Craig only talks with you when you open a policy with him. When you try to cancel your policy, he passes you to his assistant and does not even talk to you. I canceled my policy but Craig does not even disclosure there is a penalty for canceling. He is the worst agent ever. DO NOT USE HIM! He is not upfront and does not tell you anything. He does not even deserve a star as a rating. I would rate him negatively if I could.

I have had GREAT service from them
I have been with them for about 10 years, and have always had excellent service from them. They have contacted me several times when new options were instituted by Farmers that would give me better coverage or lower rates. And even after my daughter moved to LA and was involved in an accident while she was stopped at a red light, they helped us out with the claim and followed up with the claims office up there to help expidite the settlement. Based on my experience, I would rate them even higher than 5star because they have gone far "Above & Beyond" for me.Worldwide > United States > Escondido, CA > Insurance
