A must stop in manhattan
I live in Berlin and come to manhattan once a month, at least- I was introduced to Daniel 2 years back and have made his classes a must stop in manhattan in every visit. His classes are wonderful and he knows a travelers needs so well. I recommend him and his new studio for a calming break from the busy schedule.Customized Workouts
I have been working out with Daniel Loigerot for a few years now and find his technique and approach spot on! he has seen me through a few phsyical ailments and his technique has always helped reduce my problems and made me fitter. The DL FIT Studio is highly recommended to anybody who is looking for an individualized workout.Pilates for couples
DL FIT has been perfect for my husband and me - we take the duet pilates classes and have found it a superb value for money! DL FIT Pilates Studio has been a welcome addition to my daily routine. The one-on-one training sessions have been customized for my needs and goal-oriented according to my physical strengths. I discovered Migun Massage at the DL FIT Studio after reading the Time Out review and haven't stopped since. The Massage really relaxes the muscles and helps one completely de-stress. After some Massage sessions at the Studio, I even started the Basic Group Mat sessions for Pilates and have started enjoying them immensely. Whoever said Pilates is only for women, needs to make a trip to DL FIT Pilates - I have found excellent one-on-one training suited exclusively for my needs and have found a big difference in my health and fitness level. I have always been into fitness and am constantly trying to push myself to the next level - DL FIT Pilates has been able to constantly provide me that push and training to work around my fitness goals. I have never felt as good as I feel today. As I prepare for the upcoming nyc marathon, I strongly recommend the studio for fitness seekers.No show!
I made my first appointment at this place for a Wednesday afternoon. They called to confirm in the morning and asked that I show up a few minutes early. I got there at 3:20pm and found the door locked. I waited until 3:45 and no one showed up! I sat on a dirty floor outside the studio. I called and left a message on the voicemail and no one called me back. I can't think of anything less professional!Best Pilates instructors in NYC
Daniel has designed an exercise program that use a ball that strengthen , stretch and restore good posture, After a difficult day a few minutes of DLFIT program and I feel peaceful again.A Must

My posture and core-strength are noticably better after I took Daniel's pilates class. He is the type of teacher who will push you go further, and gives excellent explanations of anatomy, and how it plays into each exercise. I've been using the fitness ball once or twice a week to "realign" and it really helps. Today, I spent half the day at a museum, and I usually notice that my back and shoulders start to hurt after several hours of standing. However, I was conscious about using my core to hold myself up, and I experienced virtually no pain.superb
What a wonderful experience, I was introduced to Daniel by a friend from Turkey, who is an Pilates instructor herself and coming to NY to improve her technique, I started to have private lessons from him, and now I can't live without it, I was not a Pilates person at all, but I am coming to NY twice a week from outside of Philadelphia to have back to back lessons with him, it's worth to travel 4 Hr back and fort just to experience a knowledgeable, safe, healthy, dynamic 2 hours with him.
