If i could rate this 0 stars, i would. I have not actually had services done by this company- and I would NEVER. As I was driving my toddler son and myself home yesterday, I came to a light downtown. A gentleman- Caucasian, older, balding... - driving a company van was in the turning lane, when I pulled to a stop in the lane next to him (going forward) my front bumper was about parallel to his rear. When the light turned green, I started moving, and this gentleman lunged his van out of the turning lane in front of me. I slammed on my brakes (and horn) and he proceeded to speed (25/30) off. Now, downtown has stop and go traffic, so when I got to his van at the next light, I dialed the company number on the back of the van. A man answered and said "d n p carpet cleaning, can i help ya?" and I -paying very close attention that I remain calm, when I was fully livid- proceeded to say "well, I am not sure, I am calling because I just nearly got run over by one of your company drivers" he proceeded to scoff, and then say "yeaaaah, actually, I think ya just missed my blinker lady". The fact that this mans irrational and unsafe actions were met with complete dismissal makes me fully comfortable saying that I absolutely would not trust him in my home. He had no care or concern for the danger he put myself and my child in, there was no wave of apology, no responsibility taken...how would he conduct himself in my home. What if his services damaged my property somehow, would a defense such as "ya just missed my blinker lady" come out of his mouth? No matter what, I would never choose this mans services. I would never trust him in my home.
