D & K House Movers
I had a house to lift in place. I got quotes from people that were 3-4 times the price of D & K. The closest price was 2X what I paid.

Low price but never shows up
We got a price from 3 house movers, D&K was 1/2 of the rest but we could not get them to call us back or show up at all.
