I can't even give D&B one star because they made an appointment with me, took my credit card information and then the technician never showed up and never called! I've called them several times during business hours and they don't pick up and refuse to return my calls. Don't use them unless you feel like hanging around at home for a repair technician who will never show up, and an organization that won't return calls.
