If 0 stars were a choice that's what I would give them. Complete waste of money. Salesman followed up two weeks after sale. As soon as he heard we weren't happy he said "I'll get back to you" and never heard from him again. System sprung leak and flooded my basement after less than 2 months. System isn't working and Culligan won't respond to emails or phone calls.
