DONT GO HERE for SOLAR NAILS/pedicures
I went here to CT nails after I read the reviews on how great Vivian is on doing solar nails. She is nice, but she can NOT do refills on solar nails. It took her 2 hrs and 45 minutes to do my pink and white refills.adequate
I just don't want to spend a lot of time or money getting my nails done. The CT Nail Salon does an adequate job and can get me in and out rather quickly. That's enough for me.HORRIBLE customer service
My friend took me to get a manicure for my birthday at CT Nails. After finishing my nails, I accidently scraped a fingernail on the dryer and asked the woman if she could please repair it. She yelled at me saying "I told you three times to be careful!!", over and over in English and Vietnamese. Then when my friend was paying the bill, the cashier yelled "$3.50 tip! That's it!" to the other employees. I wouldn't have known, but my friend understands Vietnamese. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place. They were extremely rude, very unprofessional and temporarily ruined my birthday.Integrity
I have to disagree with the previous review. The second to the last time I went to the salon I accidentally left my beloved ring behind. To my dismay, I never noticed it was missing until nearly 2 months later when the manicurist presented me with my ring. Mind you, they could have kept the expensive ring, but they didn't. All the manicurists are congenial to me every time I visit.Service isnt worth the time
This nail salon is definitely going on my top ten do not ever return to nail salons. I have had bad experiences before, like rude staff and long waits, but this was on a whole different level of dissatisfaction. I sat in the pedicure chairs for almost an HOUR before I was even asked if anyone had helped me with anything. The shop wasnt busy, so I really dont know why they couldnt get up and take care of me. The pedicure wasnt bad at first, but the wait really ruined my relaxation. Then when I thought it had already been bad enough, my pedicurist got up and walked off during my pedicure. She talked to some man whom I assume to be a family member? for like 15 minutes. I couldnt believe that, then when I gave her a $4 tip, which is way more than she deserved, she grunted and acted like I was unthankful for her services. One important thing about this kind of service, your customers are your number one concern, and my experience definitely proved that isnt their focus.Worldwide > United States > Austin, TX > Nail Salons
