Extremely rude - go somewhere else
My husband goes here so I brought a designer clothing item to see if they could do specialty cleaning for designer items. There were no stains or anything, I just wanted it cleaned since I wear it all the time and it was only a few months old. At the same time we brought back a pair of jeans they altered way too short, so short they were above my husband's ankles. She wanted to charge us to take the hem out and I didn't want to pay since they charged us to alter them and messed up - after all, they were expensive jeans and it would maybe take 5 min to take out the hem. She flipped out and threw my clothes at me and told me to go somewhere else. I was having a calm conversation with her and was not even rude so I have no idea what made her go mad. They also take 5 days just to clean 4 men's dress shirts and when we went to pick ours up they weren't even ready (after 5 days!). As we left she kept glaring at me and tightening her lips, I really have no idea what her problem was. I would never recommend anyone go here, I have never been treated so rude by anyone and for no reason at all.

If you like rude, you'll love these guys
These folks are not at all interested in good customer service. I started using them because it was a convenient location for me. I used them for six long months until I had it with their rudeness and bad service. They have a tendency to jack up the cost for whatever small reason (or stain) they can find. Oh, and they don't take kindly to questions or expressed concerns.

high quality cleaners
The quality of their work is excellent. I have been to many cleaners in my days, but this stands out. The attention to detail in my shirts are fantastic! There is an obvious difference from this cleaner to your low budget drop off stores. I am very particular about quality so I don't shop based on the "cheapest" cleaner in town. The owners are courteous and are very knowledgeable about fabrics. The lady in there is always smiling. I sincerely recommend this place and trust them with all my dry cleaning.

Rude and Irresponsible
I took my favorite sweater into Crown Cleaners be cleaned. I picked it up 5 days later and it had a hole in the arm just below the shoulder. When I took it in to be cleaned, it had NO hole in the sleeve. They refuse to take responsibility for the damage. They tried to tell me that I brought it in to them with a hole in the sleeve. They have left me with a ruined, expensive sweater that I can no longer wear. CHOOSE YOUR DRY CLEANERS WISELY!!

Crown Dry Cleaner in Burlingame Under New Management
The neighborhood has a wonderful new asset. Our new dry cleaner does excellent work and goes out of his way to solve stubborn cleaning problems.
