ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
I PURCHASED A VEHICLE ABOUT THREE YEARS AGO SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES AND THAT WERE CROSS AND I DO MEAN CROSS COUNTRY AUTO THEY CROSSED ME. FOURTY FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS LATER "ILLEGALLY EMISSIONED" FRIED WIRE SYSTEM AND COMPUTER BURNED, THEY HAVE NOT ONCE TRIED TO REPAY ME FOR THE DAMAGES THAT OCCOURED FROM THERE MISTAKE AND NOW I HAVE A CAR THAT I HAD TO DROP ALOT OF MONEY INTO TO KEEP RUNNING RIGHT. THEY CLEARLY STATED THAT IT WAS NOT THERE PROBLEM ANYMORE, HOWEVER, PASSING A CAR THROUGH THE EMISSION PROCESS REQUIRES O2 SENSORS, CATALYIC CONVERTERS.SHOULD BE THERE PROBLEM. I HAD NEITHER WHEN I WENT TO GET IT EMISSIONED. THEY CLAIM I MADE MODIFICATIONS TO THE VEHICLE WHICH I NEVER DID BUT HERE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE YOUR CAR EMISSIONED AFTER TWO YEARS OF OWNER SHIP WHICH I WENT TO GET EMISSIONED DID NOT PASS FOR THE MEAR FACT OF THERE IRRESPONSIBILITY I ENDED UP PAYING FOR IT. I WOULD NOT AND I REPEAT WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICENicest place EVER to buy a car!
Lets face it, buying a car is not on my list of fun things to do. In fact, I put it off until I had no choice but to get a car. Pleasent surprise at Cross COUNTRY! The sales person, Kurt and his manager, Chris, treated me very professionaly, and truley lisened and cared for my needs. It was by far the BEST buying experience EVER! Let alone car buying experience. I HIGHLY recomend them to everyone. I don't know how they pay these guys, but for once I felt that they cared about me and not their paycheck, Bravo Cross Country, and beware to all their competiters, these guys are by far the best!Worldwide > United States > Albuquerque, NM > Auto Dealers
